Yes, we do offer a free Click & Collect service.
Please select the Click & Collect option when checking out and you will receive an email to collect your order when it is ready.
Here at Sunny & Co, we understand that every animal is different and that is no different for their food and treats! We are pleased to offer a sample box for you to try with your furry friend. Our sample boxes include a selection of treats and complete food, but please let us know of any allergies or intolerances before you check out. You can do this is the personalisation box when the sample box is added to your basket.
We offer two types of treat boxes - pre-selected and make your own.
Pre-selected treat boxes will include a variety of natural treats and training treats that are chosen for you and are ready to purchase.
Make your own treat boxes can be personalised with treats chosen by you from a selection on the website. Simply choose the treats you would like in your pets treat box from the drop down menu and add to your cart.
(With both pre-selected and make your own treat boxes, please let us know of any allergies and/or intolerances using the 'personalise me' box. This is to ensure that we avoid including anything that could make your pet unwell.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds only under the following condition:
Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery. We will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or store credit once the item has been inspected and the issue confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items
​
To ensure the safety and hygiene of all pets, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following items:
Used grooming products (e.g., brushes, dental products & shampoos)
Raw and natural pet treats, including frozen or perishable items
These items cannot be restocked or resold for health and safety reasons.

Return Process

Our team will guide you through the return process.
Returns must be made in original packaging where possible.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product
