We are currently only able to deliver within the UK using Royal Mail.
Sunny & Co does not currently offer international shipping.

Click & Collect
We are pleased to offer a free click & collect service.
We will be trialling a same day delivery service to addresses within the Kingswood area of Hull.
(This does not include pre-ordered or back-ordered items)

Return & Refund Policy
At Sunny & Co, we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent service for you and your pets. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds only under the following condition:

Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery. We will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or store credit once the item has been inspected and the issue confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items
​
To ensure the safety and hygiene of all pets, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following items:

Used grooming products (e.g., brushes, dental products & shampoos)

Raw and natural pet treats, including frozen or perishable items
These items cannot be restocked or resold for health and safety reasons.

Return Process

If your item is eligible for return:

Our team will guide you through the return process.

Returns must be made in original packaging where possible.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
